This policy explains what data the “Gift Song” service at https://pesni-ai.com (the “Service”) collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how it is stored.

1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the processing of information you provide when using the Service.

1.2. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and password (the password is stored only as an irreversible hash).
Song data: what you enter in the form — occasion, recipient’s name, “from”, details, lyrics — and the songs created.
Payment information: amount, date, payment status and the number of tokens added. Card and bank details are processed by the payment partner — the Service never receives or stores them.
Support requests: messages in the support chat and, if you left it, an email for the reply.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, a session cookie to keep you signed in and a support chat cookie to keep the conversation.
Sign-in log: when you sign up, sign in, sign out, reset your password, or when a sign-in attempt fails, we record the date and time, IP address, country, browser and device; for a failed attempt, also the email entered and the reason it failed.
Visit log: while you are signed in, we record when a visit started and when you were last active, how many pages of the site you opened, the first and the last page, IP address, country, browser and device. A new visit starts after a break of more than 30 minutes.

2.2. The Service does not ask for passport details, documents, photos or other personal information beyond what it needs to work.

2.3. Please do not put unnecessary personal data in a song description: addresses, phone numbers, health information. A name and a few warm details are enough for a song.

3. How we use data

to create songs, keep them in your account and show your token balance;
to accept payments and add tokens;
to check requests with the prohibited-content filter and prevent abuse;
to protect accounts from password guessing and sign-ins by someone else;
to answer support requests;
to analyse and improve the Service.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. To create a song, the description and lyrics are sent to the provider of the music and voice generation technology (its servers may be located outside your country) — only as much as is needed to create the song. Your email and password are never shared with it.

4.2. Payment data is processed by the payment partner under its own rules.

4.3. Otherwise, data is shared with third parties only when required by law or with your consent.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Account data and songs are kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account, songs and related data by emailing support from your account email.

5.2. The sign-in log and the visit log are used to protect accounts — to spot password guessing and sign-ins by someone else — to look into support requests, and to improve the Service. Records are kept for 180 days and are deleted earlier together with the account.

5.3. We take reasonable security measures: HTTPS-only access, hashed passwords, restricted server access. Still, no transfer of data over the internet can be completely secure.

5.4. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by you (for example, if you share your password).

6. Cookies

6.1. The Service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and technical cookies to prevent abuse. Signing in is impossible without them.

7. Changes

7.1. The Administration may change this Policy. The current version is always published on this page; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
